Education

Zara is a beautiful blend of African-American and Armenian heritage, with a unique cultural background that makes her who she is. Her diverse roots have shaped her identity and perspective, and she embraces her heritage with pride

Zara Nixon's story is one of resilience and determination.  Despite growing up in a small mountain town with limited diversity, she overcame adversity and trauma to become a beacon of hope for survivors of abuse and mistreatment. Her passion for making a difference is truly inspiring, and her commitment to helping others is a testament to her strength and character.

Zara's academic and professional accomplishments are truly noteworthy. She earned her AA degree at the age of 18 and graduated with high honors from UCLA at the age of 20. After completing her education at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, she passed the Bar while pregnant with her fourth child. She immediately began working as a prosecutor. Her dedication and hard work are truly admirable.
